Shipping Policy

During the checkout process, you'll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of shipping options. The shipping rate and delivery time will vary based on the method you choose.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

Parcel Shipping orders are shipped directly to your location. Orders received by 1PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are packed and shipped the same day. Items ordered after 1PM EST will ship the following business day. All orders are processed within 24 hours.  Occasionally we fast track orders by having them drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Those orders will be processed by Irrigation Pump Parts as described but will then be delivered by the carrier used by the manufacturer.

We currently offer UPS shipping options, and the order will be delivered to your shipping address in these timeframes :

• Standard: 1-3 business days after processing.
• Two Business Days: 2 business days after processing. For orders placed during the weekend, allow 1 business day for processing and 2 business days for delivery.
• Next Business Day: the next business day after processing. For orders placed during the weekend, allow 1 business day for processing and 1 business day for delivery. Items ordered after noon EST will not ship until the following business day.
• Ground:  1-5 business days after processing.

Please note that certain items may require additional time to ship. We will notify you via email of any shipping delays.

EXPEDITED ORDERS

Orders placed for in-stock items with expedited shipping (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) before 1PM EST will be shipped the day the order is placed. Expedited orders placed after 1PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that only in-stock items are eligible for expedited shipping.

FACTORY DIRECT (DROP) SHIPPING

Items delivered via Factory Direct Shipping are sent straight from the factory to your location at no extra expense. Expedited shipping is not available for this option. Products available for factory direct shipping vary by manufacturer. Call for details.

FREIGHT CARRIERS

Orders over 150 lbs. are shipped via freight carrier. When a freight order is delivered, be sure to inspect your freight package using the guidelines below before accepting the delivery.

All freight shipments are curbside delivery unless otherwise noted and may have special unloading requirements.

Certain items are shipped via "truck freight" (common carrier or flat-bed, not UPS). The truck must be able to access the point of delivery.

Truck freight companies do NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional "Lift Gate" fee will apply if the driver unloads the merchandise. Lift gate service simply means that the freight is lowered to the ground. It is the customer's responsibility to move the product after it has been lowered to the ground.

The shipping carrier will call and schedule delivery, at which time, you may request a "Lift Gate" (provided the weight and dimensions of the product fits the criteria for lift gate service) and arrange payment with the carrier for that service.

Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and Irrigation Pump Parts immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.

Note:  Lift Gate services are NOT included for 'Free Shipping' items.

HOW WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS

Shipping options vary depending on the type and quantity of merchandise you choose to buy, as well as your shipping address.

SHIP-TO LOCATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

IrrigationPumpParts.com ships to all United States addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. IrrigationPumpParts.com does not currently ship to locations outside of the United States. Irrigation Pump Parts does not support international orders, including Canada and Mexico.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will receive a notification e-mail with your tracking number when your order has shipped. To track a package UPS shipment, click here.  You can track your order and review your order details on the IrrigationPumpParts.com My Account page.

Note: The following guidelines apply to when a trace can be initiated on a shipment.

ESTIMATE SHIPPING COST

IrrigationPumpParts.com displays your shipping costs during the checkout process. The rates depend on the weight of your package and the method of delivery you choose. For your convenience, Irrigation Pump Parts has a shipping calculator tool available on our product pages and on the shopping cart page.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

Our policy is to have ALL packages signed for upon the time of delivery. A customer may waive this service by stating so in the "Special Instruction" field of the checkout page. Otherwise, this service will automatically be included. This service is automatically included to protect the customer and ensure that all orders are delivered properly.
