Your access to and use of the IrrigationPumpParts.com website (Site), including your order of products through the Site, is subject to these terms and conditions. You agree to bound by, and comply with, these terms and conditions by browsing the Site.

knowingly transmit any viruses, worms, defects, trojan horses or similar disabling or malicious code to the Site;
use any robot, spider, site search and retrieval application or other mechanism to retrieve or index any portion of the Site;

reformat or frame any portion of the web pages that are part of the Site;

TERMINATION

We may immediately suspend, terminate or limit your access to and use of the Site and (where relevant) your account if you breach these terms and conditions and:

the breach cannot be remedied; or
you fail to the remedy the breach within 10 days of our notice to you of that breach; or
if there is an emergency or we need to perform some maintenance on our site.

You may stop using the Site at any time and for any reason.

From time to time, business strategies change. As such, we may in the future, stop making the Site (or any part of it) available. This will not impact any current orders that have been accepted by us.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Irrigation Pump Parts (IPP) attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, IPP does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any product is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by IPP is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING

Except where otherwise indicated, the price displayed for products on any product represents the full retail price listed on the product itself or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. With respect to items sold by IPP, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our website may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by IPP is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

These links are provided for your convenience only and we make no representations or warranties or have any responsibility or liability for those websites.
